January, for most, is a month of fresh starts. By the time the new year rolls in we’re well fed, happy, rested and refreshed - ready to kick of the next year with a bang. As you get older the festive period revolves more around the feasting and less around the presents. With various dinner parties, boozy nights, the Christmas day feast itself and the mountain of chocolate that seems to appear from nowhere, by the time January comes we’re ALL in need of a detox. And that, is where we come in.
Throughout January we’ll be posting tonnes of tasty, healthy alternatives on Facebook and Instagram. From swapping milk to soya or crisps to nuts, there’s loads of tricks you can do to make detoxing a whole lot more enjoyable. A good amount of our suggestions will be vegan too for those of you taking part in Vegan-uary, so don’t fret!
As well as our selection of organic, gluten free, dairy free and generally nutritious goods from our deli we also have heaps of healthy options in our café too such as daily and delicious soups, chilli, smoothies, juices and breakfasts. Oh and don’t forget our tasty cakes and treats, because the healthiest lifestyle choice of all is balance, and were only human…right?
